Job summary

gpac is seeking an experienced Airfreight Export Manager to lead the Miami air export operation and position the city as a strategic gateway for the firm’s branch network. You will negotiate with airline partners, secure competitive rates and capacity, develop new trade lanes, and oversee the Miami team, ensuring high service levels and profitability.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of airfreight experience.
• Proven leadership in export/gateway management.
• Strong airline procurement and pricing knowledge.
• Experience negotiating airline rates and carrier terms.
• Fluent English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Miami air export operations and team performance.
• Negotiate airline contracts, rates, allotments, and terms.
• Develop carrier and capacity strategies.
