Job summary

Goldbelt, Inc. is seeking an aviation scheduler to manage dynamic flight schedules, coordinate with training officers and leadership, and ensure currency and progression requirements are met. The role supports aircrew, instructors, evaluators, and staff across flight, ground, and simulator training.

The candidate will adapt to changing conditions, track training requirements, and ensure timely updates to schedules while complying with guidance across the unit.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in scheduling software and MS Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to think critically and decide quickly in time-sensitive situations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with training staff to arrange schedules meeting currency and progression standards.
• Build long- and short-range shift schedules for aircrew, instructors, evaluators, and support personnel.
• Coordinate daily with senior squadron leadership and flight operations.
• Coordinate with simulator contractors for events and training.
• Track leave, TDY, medical appointments, and other commitments.
• Publish scheduling data for flight, ground, academic, and simulator schedules.
