Job summary

Goldbelt, Inc. is seeking a skilled Scheduling Specialist to manage dynamic aircrew schedules and training requirements in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate with training officers, NCOs, and leadership to ensure currency, qualification, and deployment readiness while mitigating operational risk.

Qualifications

• Experience scheduling in aircrew or military environments is required.
• Proficiency with scheduling software and MS Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication, and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic, high-pressure setting.
• Ability to make quick decisions in time-sensitive situations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the training officer, NCO, SARM specialist, UDM, and DO to arrange a schedule for training, currency, and deployment.
• Build long- and short-range shift schedules to ensure full coverage of aircrew and staff.
• Coordinate with senior leadership on a daily and weekly basis.
• Coordinate with simulator contractors for events.
• Track crewmember leave, TDY, medical appointments, and other scheduling commitments.
• Track daily training requirements and accomplishments to support scheduling and ORM guidelines.
• Publish scheduling data for ground, flying, and simulator training events in databases.
• Comply with local guidance when building the schedule.
• Perform daily updates of scheduling data to changing conditions.
• Coordinate with OSO, OST, and external agencies for reporting and exercise schedules.
• Provide inputs at weekly meetings for schedule coordination and de-confliction.
• Produce Flight Authorizations cleared by Stan/Eval Go-No/Go process.
• Update Load Tracker for upcoming schedules as directed.
• Produce Flying Effectiveness Report (A001) and Flying Hour Program (A002).
• Provide DISS-related letters for training missions.
