Job summary

Goldbelt, Inc. is seeking a Scheduler to provide wing scheduling support, ensuring full coverage of aircrew, instructors, and support personnel. The role collaborates with wings and units to align long-range plans with mission goals.

You will maintain schedules, deconflict calendars, and update systems like Patriot Excalibur to support timely operations, training, and exercises at the base.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with scheduling software and PEX-like systems.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• High attention to detail and multitasking under pressure.
• Ability to think critically and make quick decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-range scheduling for aircrew and operations.
• Collaborate with operational units to align mission planning.
• Analyze historical data to improve future planning.
• Generate reports for leadership to inform decisions.
• Provide training on the scheduling system to staff.
• Coordinate with senior leadership for daily/weekly flight coverage.
• Update scheduling data in Patriot Excalibur or similar systems.
