Job summary

ACET, Inc. is seeking an Aircrew Scheduler to support the 509th Bomb Wing at Whiteman AFB, Missouri.

This role builds long-range and short-range schedules for aircrew, instructors, evaluators and support personnel, coordinating with Wing Scheduling and outside agencies, and updating databases like PEX. The ideal candidate must hold a DoD Secret clearance and have at least two years of squadron aircrew scheduling experience, plus two years with PEX or a similar system.

Qualifications

• DoD Secret clearance required.
• Two years of squadron aircrew scheduling experience.
• Two years with PEX or similar scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Build long-range and short-range flying schedules for aircrew, instructors, evaluators, supervisors and support staff.
• Coordinate with Wing Scheduling, outside agencies and higher headquarters on exercises and priority tasks.
• Coordinate daily and weekly with leadership to facilitate flying operations.
• Determine requirements for upgrades, qualifications, requalification and training based on syllabus, weather and range.
