Job summary

West Star Aviation Inc. seeks a DAS Supervisor of Teardown & Evaluation in Cedar Hill, TX. The role leads teardown and evaluation activities ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with aviation standards.

You will supervise, train, and develop personnel, oversee tool and process quality, and ensure proper use of manufacturer's data and FAA manuals across our Repair Station operations.

Qualifications

• 5 years of component maintenance experience.
• FAA data comprehension and reading technical manuals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review repair orders with the Director of Engineering to ensure work scope meets requirements and delivery dates.
• Prioritize and sequence repair operations for components.
• Ensure schedules are met and coordinate shop activities for quality and specifications.
• Coordinate with supporting departments to implement repair methods for all components.
• Conduct personnel evaluations and provide guidance on development and performance.
