Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in aircraft maintenance and structures repair preferred.
• Airframe and Powerplant License preferred.
• Ability to read drawings and blueprints.
• Must work in hangar environment and comply with FAA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform and supervise structural operations such as drilling, riveting, and cutting.
• Maintain quality control on projects.
• Supervise and train crew members.
• Coordinate with other aircraft crews to minimize interference.
• Lead multiple projects and manage workflow.
