Job Responsibilities

1. Troubleshoot, repair, inspect, and perform maintenance on customer aircraft
2. Fabricate and modify structural components on aircraft parts
3. Perform minor structural repairs on composite components, attached or detached
4. Assist in inspecting for hidden damage on aircraft structures
5. Assist with complex structural repairs on or off aircraft
6. Assist with aircraft component repair
7. Remove and install aircraft components as needed
8. Follow environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures
9. Participate in 5-S activities
10. Perform work safely and efficiently
11. Document work according to manuals and regulations
12. Operate ground support equipment as required
13. Assist with mechanical and electrical removals and installations
14. Support maintenance at off-site locations
15. Assist with towing aircraft
16. Support other maintenance disciplines as needed

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in corporate aircraft structural sheet metal repair/modification
• Own a basic set of hand tools and demonstrate inventory control of tools
