Job summary

Aero is seeking an Aircraft Records & Maintenance Planning Supervisor to maintain accurate records for aircraft and engines operated by Aero, and to support maintenance planning data needs in CAMP/GMM compliance. This role reports to the Director of Maintenance and collaborates with the VP Maintenance/DOM and Chief Inspector.

Responsibilities include reviewing technical records, conducting surveys and records evaluations for regulatory compliance under 14 CFR 135, and coordinating maintenance

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proficient with Maintenance Tracking Programs such as CAMPS, FlightDocs, CMP.
• High school diploma/GED; an Associate degree or higher is preferred.
• Must comply with FAA guidelines, company Op Specs, GMM, and maintenance manuals.

Responsibilities

• Review technical records and support pre/post-review of aircraft and engine acquisitions.
• Perform surveys and records evaluations for regulatory compliance under 14 CFR 135.
• Assist senior leadership in ensuring conformity of acquired aircraft and engines.
• Coordinate aircraft needs and status information during lease, purchase, or sale preparations.
• Audit aircraft records regularly to ensure compliance with times and cycles.
• Interface with DERs, manufacturers, and vendors for FAA acceptable data.
• Review Life Limited Part Summaries and Airworthiness Directives for company aircraft.
• Evaluate new FAA Airworthiness Directives / OEM Service Bulletins impact on aircraft.
