Job summary

Maritime Helicopters is seeking a Maintenance Records & Inventory Department Manager to oversee parts control, inventory levels, and maintenance records administration. The role ensures records are accurate, retrievable, and compliant with FAA requirements.

The position also acts as the primary trainer for Parts and Records personnel and coordinates with maintenance and inspection teams to support aircraft operations from the main base or remote sites.

Qualifications

• Experience with aviation maintenance records preferred.
• Strong computer literacy and attention to detail.
• Basic accounting and administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and control parts inventory with FIFO and traceability.
• Enter maintenance records and supporting documents into the AMS.
• File and retain aircraft records per retention requirements.
• Provide training for Parts and Records staff.
• Assist with clerical tasks and general office duties.
