Job summary

FEAM Aero in Kentucky is seeking a Line Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance activities on our aircraft fleet. You will manage line teams, ensure safety, compliance with FAA CFRs, and meet customer schedules while controlling costs.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in line maintenance with 3+ years in leadership, holds an A&P and a valid driver’s license, and can communicate clearly in English. This full-time role offers competitive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in line maintenance, including leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of FAA CFR safety rules.
• Ability to read and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all line maintenance activities to meet customer schedules and requirements.
• Ensure safety practices and CFR compliance in daily duties.
• Monitor departures, generate delay reports and mitigate future delays.
• Coordinate with Shift Managers and Customer Departments on maintenance tasks.
