FEAM Aero in Cincinnati, OH seeks a seasoned Line Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily operations, ensure safety protocols, and uphold customer schedules. You will manage staff, materials, and coordination with customer departments, while maintaining FAA/CFR compliance and a safe, efficient work environment.

Ideal candidates possess 5+ years in line maintenance, 3+ years in leadership, and relevant licenses. This position offers strong growth, competitive pay, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5 years of line maintenance experience.
• 3+ years in line maintenance leadership.
• Current valid driver’s license and an A&P license.
• Aircraft type experience: A330 or similar.
• Able to pass airport security background check.
• Must read/write in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all line maintenance activities to meet company and customer schedules.
• Ensure safety practices and CFR/FAA compliance in daily duties.
• Monitor departures, delays, and mitigate future delays.
• Manage staffing, material requirements, and cost for area.
• Coordinate with Shift Managers and customer departments on maintenance tasks.
• Inspect facilities, tooling, equipment, and GSE for compliance and readiness.
• Maintain a clean, orderly repair station and enforce policies.
