FEAM Aero in New York seeks an experienced Maintenance supervisor for line maintenance leadership on wide-body aircraft. Candidate will oversee daily activities, enforce safety practices, monitor departures, and manage staffing and materials to meet customer schedules.

Required: A&P license, valid driver's license, English proficiency, 2–3 years line maintenance and leadership experience, and ability to pass security checks.

Qualifications

• Current valid driver's license and an A&P license are required.
• Wide-body commercial aircraft experience required.
• Able to pass airport security background check.
• Must be able to read and write in English.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Airline Supervisor or Maintenance Control Experience.
• Excellent communication skills, written and spoken.
• Line maintenance experience 2-3 years.
• Line maintenance Leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Manage and oversee all line maintenance activities, ensuring that requirements are met and schedules are maintained.
• Ensure staff follow safety practices in the performance of duties.
• Monitor departures, create delay reports, and mitigate future delays.
• Database management and report generation for daily meetings.
• Ensure staffing and material requirements are fulfilled cost‑effectively.
• Review staff billing documentation for equipment, material and manhours.
• Coordinate locally the efforts of Shift Managers and Customer Departments in maintenance, repair, and alteration of aircraft.
• Establish material support requirements for area of responsibility.
• Perform inspections of facility, tooling, equipment, and GSE to ensure policy compliance.
• Maintain the repair station in a clean and orderly manner.
• Keep operating expenses within budget goals.
• Ensure personnel are trained, qualified, and authorized.
• Ensure compliance with FAA / CFR rules and customer procedures.
• Ensure customer operating procedures (Fueling, De-Icing, etc.) are followed.
• Other duties as assigned by leadership.
