Job summary

FEAM Aero in Erlanger, KY is seeking a Line Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily line maintenance activities and ensure operations meet customer and FAA requirements. You will manage staffing, safety programs, and timely departures while coordinating with maintenance and customer departments.

Qualified candidates have 5 years in line maintenance, 3+ years in leadership, an A&P license, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5 years of Line maintenance experience.
• 3+ years of Line maintenance leadership experience.
• Current valid driver’s license and an A&P license.
• Aircraft type experience such as A330 or similar.
• Able to pass airport security background check.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all line maintenance activities to meet requirements and schedules.
• Ensure safety practices are followed by staff and FAA/CFR rules are complied with.
• Monitor departures, create delay reports, and mitigate future delays.
• Coordinate staffing and material to fulfill customer needs cost-effectively.
• Review staff billing documentation for equipment, material, and manhours.
• Coordinate with Shift Managers and Customer Departments for maintenance actions.
• Inspect facilities, tooling, equipment, and GSE for policy compliance.
• Maintain clean, orderly repair stations and manage operating expenses within budget.
• Ensure personnel are trained, qualified, and authorized, and staffing levels are adequate.
