Job summary

FEAM Aero in Kentucky seeks an experienced Line Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily line activities, ensure safety, and meet customer schedules.

You will lead shift managers, coordinate staffing and material, monitor delays, and ensure FAA/CFR compliance within budget.

Requirements include 5 years line maintenance, A&P license, valid driver’s license, and English proficiency. FEAM offers comprehensive benefits and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Five years of line maintenance experience.
• Three+ years in line maintenance leadership.
• A&P license and valid driver’s license required.
• Aircraft type experience such as A330 or similar preferred.
• Must be able to pass airport security background check.
• Ability to read and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily line maintenance activities and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Lead Shift Managers and coordinate with customer departments to meet schedules.
• Monitor delays, review staff billing, and ensure proper staffing and material requirements.
• Ensure adherence to FAA/CFR rules and customer operating procedures.
