Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• FAA Airframe and Powerplant certificate required.
• Experience in Part 121 line maintenance for commercial aircraft; Boeing 737 classic preferred.
• Ability to travel to airport/aircraft field locations on short notice.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet.

Responsibilities

• Monitor maintenance activities and supervise Maintenance Technicians.
• Develop and administer technician schedules for assigned stations.
• Coordinate with HR and payroll on related matters for technicians.
• Provide supervision and perform maintenance activities with adherence to manuals.
• Assign tasks to technicians and ensure paperwork is completed accurately.
• Promote teamwork amongst maintenance personnel and flight crews.
• Maintain workspace, materials, and tooling per policies and procedures.
• Uphold safety and security procedures and awareness.
