Job summary

StandardAero, a leader in aerospace MRO, seeks an Invoice Administrator in Dallas, TX. You will support customer programs, manage pricing catalogs, and ensure accurate invoicing within contractual terms.

You’ll work cross-functionally to generate, validate reports, and ensure proper financial processes are followed. The role requires attention to detail, data analytics skills, and experience with pricing structures, NTE/O&A classifications, and vendor pricing.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or formal training in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or Business Administration, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, data entry, sorting/filtering, and basic formulas.
• Experience with data analysis, accuracy, and attention to detail in transactional work.
• Strong communication skills and ability to document findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain pricing catalogs and ensure data integrity for estimating, invoicing, and price books.
• Review contract types, NTE agreements, pricing provisions, and discounts against pricing structures.
• Review proposals to ensure estimates reflect contractual terms and approved pricing.
• Maintain detailed estimates with 100–500+ line items, including changes for rework and costs.
• Analyze cost and sales data to determine if work is within NTE or requires O&A treatment.
• Coordinate rework and subcontractor pricing, incorporating approvals into estimates and invoices.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Sales to resolve data and pricing issues impacting invoices.
