Job summary

RTX is seeking an invoicing specialist for the GTF/Aftermarket space in East Hartford, CT. You will validate invoice data against contracts, manage relationships with worldwide maintenance centers, and resolve disputes to ensure compliant billing.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5 years in aerospace aftermarket, with strong Excel and data handling skills. Onsite work in East Hartford with potential for process improvements and cost savings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, MIS, or Operations.
• 5 years of professional experience in aerospace engine aftermarket or similar industries.
• Familiarity with gas turbine engine part nomenclatures and ability to work with large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Validate invoice data for acceptance according to the maintenance contract by analyzing charges against supporting documents.
• Manage relationship with worldwide Maintenance Centers to reconcile invoice contract non-compliance; request credits or additional documentation as necessary.
• Resolve invoice disputes with the support of the broader organization.
• Execute business rules for airline contract to identify over & above charges and compile supporting documentation.
• Calculate over & above invoices for fleet management approval and submission to accounting for final invoicing.
• Identify possible cost saving or process improvement opportunities.
• Develop and improve processes for new Maintenance Centers and airline agreements.
• Work with groups throughout GTF & MCE Aftermarket to develop solutions for invoicing processes.
