Job summary

Endeavor Air is seeking a Maintenance Operations Manager to oversee maintenance for Hangar and Line facilities, aircraft, components, and equipment. You will guide staff, manage work assignments, safety practices, and maintenance procedures while ensuring FAA compliance and high operational standards.

You will also lead staffing efforts, train technicians, monitor performance, and drive base improvements and process enhancements across our network.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• 3-5 years of experience in technical aircraft maintenance with increasing responsibilities.
• 3 years people management and leadership experience required.
• Valid Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license.
• Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations and aviation safety standards.
• Interpersonal and communication skills; ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and preventive maintenance of Hangar and Line facilities, aircraft, components, and equipment.
• Provide guidance on work assignments, safety, procedures, and staff development.
• Assist in staffing, prescreening, interviewing, and hiring qualified technicians.
• Provide training to new technicians and ongoing staff development.
• Monitor base performance, ensure FAA compliance, and regulate maintenance programs.
• Develop base improvements, streamline processes, and uphold company policies.
