Job summary

Landing Gear Technologies is seeking an experienced Environmental Health & Safety Coordinator to plan, implement, and oversee health and safety programs. The role ensures OSHA, EPA, and DOT compliance and a safe working environment with focus on hazardous materials handling and training.

You will develop policies, lead risk assessments, and coordinate safety reporting while partnering with HR to onboard safety processes and manage incidents and drills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Health & Safety roles.
• Excellent knowledge of legislations and procedures.
• Experience with hazardous materials/waste regulations.
• 3+ years of experience in producing reports.
• Experience writing health and safety policies.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Familiar with safety management information systems.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement OHS policies and programs.
• Maintain chemical inventory and hazardous waste records.
• Supervise contractors handling hazardous materials and wastes.
• Prepare safety reports on accidents and violations.
• Lead safety trainings and educational seminars.
