Job summary

Metrea seeks a Development Lead with deep Air domain expertise to design and deliver elegant solutions for national security partners across civil and military domains.

You will evaluate manned and unmanned airborne platforms, sensors, and communications, and work with lab teams to transition concepts into deployable capabilities. Strong bid leadership and industry collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Broad and deep understanding of Air domain sensors and unmanned platforms.
• Experience with MAISR and broader Air domain missions.
• Experience leading bids and generating bid quality technical content.
• Operational ISR or LE experience with a government or military customer.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with government partners at multiple levels focusing on ISR.
• Identify market demand or solutions and lead capture to generate proposals.
• Collaborate with core and support groups to design, develop, and deliver solutions for government partners.
• Work with industry to identify current and future ISR technologies and potential partners.
• Turn prospects into programs with program managers to evolve services and stay ahead.
• Translate concepts into products or capabilities for manned and unmanned assets.
