Qualifications

• < 140 chars>Experience leading enterprise, scaled Agile programs on fixed-price contracts with EV and EAC forecasting.
• < 140 chars>Experience managing large FAA programs; working knowledge of FAR/AMS and contract performance.
• < 140 chars>Led 100+ personnel in matrixed environments; removed impediments to delivery.
• < 140 chars>Financial mgmt including P&L oversight and margin accountability.
• < 140 chars>Executive-level customer communication and proactive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Run daily operations and governance, including status reporting and executive reviews.
• Partner with FAA program and contracting stakeholders to align requirements and avoid surprises.
• Manage financials: estimate at completion, cost to complete, and margin; drive corrective action.
• Apply earned value and agile metrics to track delivery and risks; manage risks and mitigations.
• Promote AI-assisted development while ensuring data handling and security requirements.
