Leidos is seeking a Deputy Program Manager for the Air Traffic Business Area within Homeland Sector, supporting Flight Service. The role leads day-to-day execution, partners with the FAA customer, and oversees contract performance, schedule, and risk.

The position is located in Ashburn, VA or Gaithersburg, MD and is a hybrid role with 3 days on-site and 2 days remote. The candidate should have 12+ years in leadership (or 10+ with a Master’s), strong fixed-price program management experience, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years leadership experience in programs or a Master's with 10+ years.
• Experience leading enterprise, scaled Agile programs on fixed-price contracts with EVM.
• Strong contract performance track record on large FAA programs.
• Leadership of 100+ personnel in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day execution and governance, ensuring cost, schedule, and quality targets.
• Lead and coach delivery leads and teams within budget and contract constraints.
• Act as deputy to the Program Manager in engagements with FAA and Leidos leadership.
• Manage cost, schedule, technical performance, and risk reporting using EV and metrics.
