Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering or related field and 17 years of applicable experience.
• Experience on construction project sites or executing program management in aviation, commercial, energy, government, manufacturing, oil & gas, etc.
• Proven success in business development, client management, and team leadership.
• Experience supporting modern delivery methods and digital transformation initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, revenue, gross margin, backlog, and utilization metrics; develop annual plans and growth strategies.
• Lead national growth strategies, major pursuits, and executive client engagement.
• Forecast workforce demand with Regional Offices and secure necessary resources.
• Align regional teams with strategic goals and ensure consistent technical execution.
• Mentor future leaders and foster a culture of innovation.
