You will steer workforce planning, strategy deployment, and invest in digital solutions while sustaining strong client relationships and key industry presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in engineering, construction management or related degree from accredited program.
• 17 years applicable experience required.
• Demonstrated success in business development, client management, and team leadership preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Drive business performance through sales, revenue, gross margin, backlog, and utilization metrics; develop annual business plans and growth strategies.
• Lead major pursuits, capture planning, and executive-level client engagement; commercialize new service offerings and digital solutions.
• Forecast workforce demand with regional leaders and secure resources for growth; plan for future capabilities and succession.
• Monitor national utilization and capacity; balance workloads and set targets to support delivery efficiency.
• Lead national business-line vision and priorities; align regional teams with strategic goals.
