Qualifications

• Experience leading air permitting and compliance programs.
• Ability to review and interpret environmental rules for leadership.
• Strong communication with field Environmental Specialists and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead air permitting and regulatory compliance activities for terminal, pipeline, and marine projects.
• Coordinate audits and provide insights to improve environmental performance.
• Develop guidance and training for field teams on air compliance topics.
• Represent the department in regulatory discussions and inter-team projects.
