Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 15 years in process industry or a Bachelor's in a related field with 7 years.
• Knowledge of current environmental rules and ability to communicate impact plans to local leadership for budget development.
• Ability to review engineering designs to ensure environmental compliance.
• Must possess a driver’s license and be able to obtain TWIC.
• Must be able to travel up to 25% for field work.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day air permitting and regulatory support to field Environmental Specialists.
• Lead and support implementation of air regulations (40 CFR Part 60 Subpart XXa; Part 63 Subparts R and BBBBBB).
• Collaborate with other Air SMEs to expand program expertise across multiple programs.
• Develop NSPS determinations for terminal, pipeline, and marine projects.
• Lead air permit and compliance audits and communicate insights to stakeholders.
