Responsibilities include working with customers to define shipping requirements, preparing quotations, and managing the shipment process. The ideal candidate should possess strong customer service skills, a growth mindset, and 2-4 years of experience in Freight Forwarding. Qualifications

• 2-4 years of Freight Forwarding experience preferred.
• Dangerous Goods Certification preferred.
• Certified CargoWise Specialist CCO required.
• Advanced knowledge of cargo logistics and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day air import and export operations.
• Prepare quotations accurately based on customer requests.
• Manage all aspects of tracking shipments.
• Ensure adherence to customer SOP instructions and AIT guidelines.
