USA Jet Airlines, based at Willow Run Airport in Belleville, MI, seeks a Flight Follower/Dispatcher to manage all aircraft operations under the Director of Operations, ensuring the highest levels of efficiency, safety and customer service.

The successful candidate will schedule crews, coordinate maintenance, execute flight releases, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the General Operations Manual and FARs while supporting business needs with urgency and precision.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• FAR 121 Dispatch Certificate preferred.
• Experience in both 135 and 121 flight following departments preferred.
• Must maintain a valid passport (U.S. or other nation).
• Fluent English (written and spoken) required.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule, assign and control aircraft utilization.
• Coordinate maintenance discrepancies with Maintenance Department.
• Schedule crews to ensure proper equipment coverage and time control.
• Execute flight releases and related documents with the pilot-in-command.
• Maintain awareness of regulatory requirements and company operating manuals.
