Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered nurse, paramedic or respiratory care practitioner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead base operations, team building and staff development.
• Develop annual base budget and performance metrics.
• Direct reporting with base leadership and clinical crew, guiding evaluations.
• Ensure CAMTS regulatory compliance and service quality.
• Coordinate local leadership meetings and represent the company publicly.
