Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to obtain PART 135 flight-following certification within 6 months.
• Certified Flight Coordinator (CFC) through Med Trans Corp upon hire or soon after.

Responsibilities

• Activate and monitor flight/ground teams during missions, notify customers, and document actions.
• Triaged and handled multiple critical tasks calmly in emergencies.
• Learn and apply Incident Command Systems, EOC, MCI, and FAA-related plans and procedures.
• Coordinate transport details with aviation, medical, and communications teams and the requesting agency.
• Accurately enter flight/ground data into the network database following FAA Parts 91 and 135 rules.
