Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager in Allentown to lead daily warehouse and airport ramp activities, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient handling of Express packages. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or two to five years of related experience or training; or equivalent combination.
• 8–10 years of leadership and management experience in warehousing or logistics.
• Ability to train and develop personnel and manage multiple priorities.
• Must work across a 24/7 schedule based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse and airport ramp operations with safety as a priority.
• Collaborate with executive-level partners to ensure efficient Express package handling.
• Lead cross-dock throughput from aircraft to warehouse to trucks with minimal storage.
• Plan, organize, lead, and control staff; develop next-level leaders.
• Supervise staff to meet SLAs and safety standards; monitor performance metrics.
• Participate in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring decisions.
• Maintain security per TSA, USCBP, FAA, and Airport Police regulations.
• Prepare operational reports (weekly, monthly, ad hoc) and incident documents.
• Assist with investigations, counseling, and terminations when needed.
• Maintain employee records, badge appointments, and regulatory interviews.
