FALL CREEK FARM & NURSERY in Pennsylvania seeks an Air Logistics Senior Manager, Express Operations to oversee warehouse and ramp activities, coordinating with executive-level partners to ensure efficient Express package handling. This is a cross-dock operation emphasizing safety and throughput.

This role requires 8–10 years in warehousing/logistics leadership, a four-year degree, and the ability to work a 24/7 schedule while maintaining security and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of leadership and management experience in warehousing/logistics.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to work across a 24/7 schedule.
• Knowledge of TSA, USCBP, FAA regulations and airport security programs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, lead and control staff to promote teamwork, self-motivation, and pride within a diverse work environment.
• Develop next level leaders and managers in leadership and management skills.
• Supervise staff to meet business needs and SLA performance standards.
• Ensure safety rules and standards are followed; wear safety vest in warehouse.
• Recruiting activities and hiring decisions; participate in interviews.
• Assist in employee relations, counseling, and terminations where needed.
• Maintain security compliance with TSA, USCBP, FAA and airport badges.
