Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience required.
• At least 1 year of related warehouse experience or training.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a busy team of Air logistics personnel and monitor performance.
• Direct staff within the assigned functional area to meet throughput goals.
• Participate in discipline, coaching, hiring and training of subordinates.
• Communicate with airport authorities or customers as needed.
• Ensure safety, security, quality and employee relations meet standards.
• Maintain compliance with TSA requirements and company security programs.
