The role combines hands-on operations with leadership, compliance, and performance reporting.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of leadership experience in airline/logistics, and a proven ability to train personnel while safeguarding TSA/USCBP

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus related experience preferred.
Experience in Airline/Logistics/Transportation is preferred.
Leadership experience required and ability to train staff.

Responsibilities

Plan, organize, lead and control staff to promote teamwork and pride.
Develop next level leaders and managers in leadership skills.
Supervise staff to meet business needs and SLA performance.
Ensure safety rules and TSA/USCBP FAA compliance are followed.
Prepare operational reports and ad hoc data requests.
