This hands-on leadership role manages warehouse and ramp operations, collaborating with executive-level partners to ensure fast, secure handling of Express packages and adherence to TSA/FAA requirements.

The role emphasizes safety, staff development, and efficiency in a cross-dock environment, with 24/7 scheduling and strong focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; or two to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Airline/Logistics/Transportation experience preferred
• 5 years of leadership and management experience required
• Must possess leadership skills with the ability to train and develop personnel
• Must be able to continually respond to and prioritize within a fluid work environment
• Must have ability to work across the 24/7 schedule based on the needs of the business

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, lead and control staff to promote a workplace culture of teamwork and pride
• Develop next level leaders and managers in leadership and management skills
• Supervise staff to meet business needs and achieve service level goals
• Ensure safety and security compliance across operations and ramp/warehouse teams
• Prepare operational reports and data for weekly/monthly reviews
