Job summary

WFS Express, Inc. is seeking an Air Logistics Controller to act as the central data hub for local operations and customer communications. You will manage inbound/outbound logs, monitor flights and truck activity, and relay delays with professionalism.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in Data Entry.
• Highschool diploma, GED or International equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Serve as central data hub for local operation and customer communications.
• Maintain logs for inbound/outbound trucks and flights.
• Communicate flight/linehaul delays and escalations to stakeholders.
• Create and send timely reports and maintain accuracy of data in systems.
• Handle inquiries by phone and email with professionalism.
