Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Controller to act as the central data hub for local operations and customer communications.

You will maintain professional contact with warehouse, ramp operations, 3rd party trucking providers, and customers through phone calls and updates in the customer’s proprietary system. The successful candidate will be an expert on the customer’s standard work manual, using it to drive required communications such as flight/linehaul notices,

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in data entry.
• Highschool GED or higher.
• Professionally handle inbound and outbound calls; work under pressure.
• Be willing to work overtime when needed.
• Detail oriented with exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inbound and outbound trucks activity logs.
• Professionally handle inbound calls and outbound calls.
• Monitor inbound and outbound flights.
• Adapt to constant changes in procedures.
• Create and send reports on time.
• Display ability to work as a team.
• Be flexible and work under pressure.
• Follow instructions and be trained in all aspects of the operation.
