You will monitor flights, manage reports, and handle calls with professionalism while adapting to changing procedures and working under pressure.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in Data Entry.
• High school GED or higher.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Act as central data hub for local operation and customer.
• Communicate with warehouse, ramp ops, 3rd party carriers and customers.
• Maintain inbound/outbound activity logs.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Monitor inbound and outbound flights.
• Prepare and send reports on time.
• Work under pressure and adapt to changing procedures.
