Worldwide Flight Services is hiring an Air Logistics Warehouse Supervisor to lead a busy team moving packages in a cross-dock facility located on airport property. This role emphasizes hands-on leadership to ensure on-time delivery and secure operations in an open-air environment near aircraft.

Responsibilities include monitoring performance, coaching staff, enforcing safety and security, and coordinating with stakeholders to maintain throughput from aircraft to warehouse to trucks.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of related warehouse experience and/or training.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise a busy team of Air logistics personnel and monitor performance.
• Direct personnel within the assigned functional area.
• Participate in discipline, coaching, and training of subordinates; support hiring and termination where applicable.
