Expeditors is seeking staff to oversee the Air Import flow, ensuring timely movement of freight and accurate data handling. You will track shipments, monitor delays, and promptly respond to internal and external requests while ensuring regulatory compliance across OPS and customs requirements.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment within a global logistics team.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and clear, concise communication.
• Proactive, well-organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and timely freight flow for Air Import.
• Enter data accurately into our operating system.
• Track and trace Air Import files and monitor delays.
• Update event codes for in-transit shipments as required.
• Ensure timely delivery of freight to customers for imports.
• Send documents to outside brokers for customs purposes.
• Maintain compliance with OPS and government regulations.
