Qualifications

• WPM 40+ for efficient data entry.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Clear written and verbal communication with partners like airlines and warehouses.
• Willingness to learn new freight systems in a fast-paced environment.
• Logistics or freight experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transfers of large incoming air shipments from airline custody to the company’s designated warehouse.
• Process airline fees and record costs in the system.
• Review MAWB and break down into HAWB documents.
• Obtain customs approvals for shipments.
• Track shipments and report status to management.
• Share inventory lists with Customer Service and other teams.
• Initiate claims if shipments arrive damaged or items are missing.
• Notify management promptly of delays or issues.
