Job summary

Yusen Logistics Americas Inc. is seeking a USA Air Freight Process Super User to identify and standardize processes, deploy Cargo Wise training, and drive productivity improvements across locations. You will review operations, document best practices, and support data-driven decisions for enhanced performance and customer outcomes.

The role involves traveling to various offices, conducting audits, and operating on a hybrid schedule to support the regional teams while improving global processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Freight Forwarding/Supply Chain/International Logistics preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years' industry experience in freight forwarding Air Freight Operations, training, and Cargo Wise software.
• 0-2 years' experience improving business processes (Lean, Kaizen) and/or systems administrator role.

Responsibilities

• Roll out and train on standardized best practices and tools for continuous improvement utilizing Cargo Wise.
• Monitor KPIs to measure process performance and standardize per global training.
• Train, enforce, and drive efficiency, accuracy, and accountability through Cargo Wise.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decisions using Cargo Wise.
• Prepare user documentation/training materials (update training center, create short videos, manuals).
• Design solutions for country/customer scenarios.
• Conduct regular audits and identify process deviations and Kaizen opportunities.
• Update SOPs to align with regional counterparts.
• Travel to Yusen offices for training and audits; work in hybrid schedule.
