Job summary

Yusen Logistics Americas Inc. in College Park, GA, is seeking a USA Air Freight Process Super User to drive standardization and efficiency. You will deploy Cargo Wise training, review processes, and lead improvements to support customers and operations.

Travel to Yusen offices for training and audits; hybrid office schedule; strong collaboration with teams; incumbents with logistics and Lean experience encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Freight Forwarding/Supply Chain/International Logistics preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years in Freight Forwarding Air Freight Operations, training, and Cargo Wise.
• 0-2 years improving business processes (Lean, Kaizen) and/or systems admin experience.
• Strong understanding of INCOTERMS and role responsibility transfer.
• Ability to communicate and influence staff to meet standards and KPIs.
• Experience with process strategies, improvements, and operations decisions.
• Creative problem-solving and resourcefulness for local exceptions.

Responsibilities

• Roll out standardized best practices and train on Cargo Wise.
• Monitor KPIs and standardize processes based on training outputs.
• Train and enforce efficiency, accuracy, and accountability with Cargo Wise.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decisions with Cargo Wise.
• Prepare user docs and training materials, videos and manuals.
• Design solutions for country/customer specific scenarios and change impacts.
• Conduct audits and update SOPs to align with regional standards.
• Travel to Yusen offices for training and audits; work on a hybrid schedule.
