Job summary

Yusen Logistics Americas Inc. seeks a USA Air Freight Process Super User to standardize and optimize air freight processes across multiple sites. You will deploy training on Cargo Wise shipments, review procedures, measure KPIs, and drive continuous improvement.

The role trains staff, conducts regular audits, updates SOPs, and collaborates with regional teams. Travel to Yusen offices on a hybrid schedule is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Freight Forwarding/Supply Chain/International Logistics preferred or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of experience in freight forwarding Air Freight Operations, training, and Cargo Wise software.
• 0–2 years of experience improving business processes (Lean, Kaizen) and/or serving in a systems administrator or similar role.
• Strong understanding of INCOTERMS and transfer of roles and responsibilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively and influence operational staff to meet standard process and KPI.
• Experience with strategies, process improvements and operational decisions.

Responsibilities

• Roll out and train on standardized best practices and tools for continuous improvement using Cargo Wise.
• Monitor KPIs to measure process performance and standardize as per global training.
• Train, enforce, and drive efficiency, accuracy, and accountability through Cargo Wise.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decisions using Cargo Wise.
• Prepare user documentation and training materials (update training center, create short videos and manuals).
• Design solutions for country and customer-specific scenarios.
• Lead Change Management activities and champion change initiatives.
• Conduct regular audits per guidance from Sr Operations manager and identify deviations.
• Update SOPs and related docs to align with regional counterparts.
• Travel to various Yusen offices for training and audit on a hybrid schedule.
