FNS, Inc. in Itasca, IL is hiring for a Full-Time logistics coordinator specializing in air freight. The role focuses on planning and coordinating shipments, coordinating with airlines and vendors, handling invoicing, and ensuring timely delivery across domestic and international shipments.

The ideal candidate is fluent in Korean and English, proficient in Microsoft Office, and able to manage multiple time-sensitive tasks in a fast-paced environment. Weekend/holiday availability may be required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to meet customer needs.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Fluency in Korean and English required.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as required.

Mansioni

• Plan, organize, and coordinate air freight shipments to meet customer requirements.
• Coordinate with airlines, trucking companies, and service providers for smooth shipments.
• Generate customer billing invoices using the FNS system and submit A/R invoices accurately.
• Manage monthly A/P invoices from vendors and coordinate timely payments.
• Coordinate and arrange air import services for domestic and international shipments.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, business partners, and stakeholders throughout the shipment process.
• Coordinate clearance and delivery activities to meet customer requirements.
• Maintain and organize operational data, including profiles and quotations.
• Prepare and provide daily activity reports to management.
• Support ad-hoc projects and other operational initiatives as requested.
