The role requires knowledge of international air freight operations, strong organization, and the ability to manage multiple shipments in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in air export operations within international freight forwarding.
• Solid knowledge of air freight export procedures, documentation, and international shipping requirements.
• Experience coordinating shipments with airlines, overseas agents, and transportation providers.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with freight forwarding software and Microsoft Office.
• Customer-focused approach and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate air export shipments from quotation and booking through to final dispatch and billing.
• Prepare and process export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, air waybills, and related paperwork.
• Arrange bookings with airlines, negotiate rates, and secure competitive pricing.
• Coordinate with customers, overseas agents, airlines, trucking companies, and other providers to ensure timely movement.
• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations, export requirements, and customs procedures.
• Monitor shipment milestones, track cargo, and communicate updates to customers.
• Resolve operational issues, delays, and discrepancies; prepare quotations and handle inquiries.
• Maintain shipment files in the company operating system and complete billing on time.
