Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel is seeking an Operational Care Specialist in the United States to coordinate air export/import activities, secure carrier capacity, and ensure compliance with regulations. You will work with customers, origin stations, carriers, and internal teams to deliver timely shipments and accurate documentation.

You will liaise with customer care and operations to meet transit times, carrier selections, routings, and required documentation, while driving continuous improvement and operational

Qualifications

• 2+ years of air logistics business unit experience handling air shipments.
• 2+ years of freight forwarding industry experience.
• High level of attention to detail with strong communication and organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage air export/import operations accurately within timelines and meet export requirements.
• Coordinate with customers, origin stations, carriers, overseas offices, and internal stakeholders for smooth execution.
• Monitor shipments from booking to handoff with timely updates and accurate documentation.
