Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate healthcare shipments from booking through delivery.
• Prepare and maintain accurate shipment documentation.
• Monitor shipments and provide timely updates in Kuehne+Nagel systems.
• Identify and manage shipment delays and operational exceptions.
• Communicate with carriers, warehouses, customs, and Customer Care.
