Qualifications

• 0–2 years of sales experience in forwarding, with a hunter mindset and self-motivation.
• Proficient in CRM and MS Office.
• Strong rapport-building and customer relationship skills; willing to meet clients off-site.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation skills for complex deals and contracts.

Responsabilités

• Identify and contact prospective customers; assess needs and match with products/services.
• Seek opportunities for increased sales; present rate structures and service options.
• Pursue new business opportunities and drive KPIs.
• Manage assigned territory with knowledge of potential customers and competitors.
• Foster relationships with customers and regional resources; ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts.
• Generate and analyze sales reports to track progress toward targets.
